To Carol:

I found the picture at the site:
http://science.uwe.ac.uk/research/uploads/CRIB_blood_cells.jpg
and have used it assuming that no special permission would be necessary. I hope that I was not mistaken.

Any questions about permissions of use should be addressed to the site above (I would think).

Thanks for your visit.

I would like permission to use the photo of the RBC in an internal training module on blood and blood cells. How do I go about doing this?

Hi i was just doing an assignment for biology when I started researching about red blood cells and found out why they don’t have nucleus’s (to carry more haemoglobin so more oxygen can be transported ) . I was wondering what would happen if red blood cells did have a nucleus? Would they divide and produce more blood cells? and if so couldn’t this be used in someway to relieve the shortage of blood? 0_o

The link to the paper is broken. The correct page is <a href="http://www.nature.com/nbt/journal/v25/n4/abs/nbt1298.html" rel="nofollow">here</a>.
